Paul Schockemöhle has sold the ten year-old Holsteiner stallion Quintender (Quinar x Contender) to the talented Danish rider Emilie Martinsen. Martinsen won the Danish Championships in 2010 and was a part of the victorious Danish team at the Promotional League final in Barcelona in September that qualified for this years Super League.

The stallion is a two-time Bundeschampionat finalist and the winner of several international 1.50 classes. In addition to his own achievements his off-springs are very popular. In 2008 he sired the champion foal at the German Foal Championship and the foal that sold for the record auction price of 120.000 euros.

The stallion will be a good addition to the Danish string of horses when competing in the Super League this year.

WoSJ will be back with an exclusive article on the Danish participation in the Super League later this month.
