Jeroen Dubbeldam/ BMC Van Grunsven Simon, Gerco Schröder/Eurocommerce New Orleans or Eurocommerce London, Eric van der Vleuten/VDL Groep Utascha SFN and Maikel van der Vleuten/VDL Verdi are all part of the Dutch team. Jur Vrieling and VDL Bubalu are reserves.
This is Maikel’s senior championship debut, and he has been given confidence after fantastic performances in the Top League this year. The championship is the last chance for the Netherlands to qualify for the Olympics in London next year.
